• You can access your tickets by going into your Broadway In Chicago account via account manager to view or download your tickets. – https://am.ticketmaster.com/bic/.
• In reviewing your tickets should you have questions or see any errors, please contact us at [email protected] or via phone at (312) 977-1717.
• We recommend using mobile ticketing but suggest you only download 1 show (your next show) at a time.

QR Code example

A QR code (pictured above) is a type of optical label that stores specific information; in this case your ticket and where you are sitting in the theatre!
• Patrons entering the theatre with mobile ticket will have the QR code scanned by a Broadway In Chicago usher at the front doors of the theatre.
• QR Codes have faster readability (which gets you through the door and to your seat faster).
• QR codes are harder to replicate, making your tickets more secure!
• For season ticket holders, and select patrons requesting paper tickets from either Ticketmaster or Broadway In Chicago box offices, tickets will be equipped with a standard barcode, which look like this:

Use the same email address and password that you used to log in to the previous version. Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.

    Select your event and tap VIEW BARCODE to display your tickets on screen, swipe right to see additional tickets.

    Tap Add to Wallet under the barcode and you are done!
    *Not compatible using search engines such as Google, you must use a web browser such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox.

Preparing For Your Show
Preparing for your show? Follow these steps in advance for quick and easy entry into the theatre:
1. Log In to Account Manager on your mobile device
2. Select the upcoming event to access your tickets
3. If you have guests arriving separately, now is a great time to transfer tickets to them (they will need to create a Ticket Master account in order to accept the tickets)
4. Follow the instructions provided above to add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Screenshots or print out of your tickets will not be accepted at the theatre.
5. Be sure your mobile device is charged prior to arriving at the theatre.
6. If you have not yet added your tickets to your phone, be sure to do so BEFORE GOING THROUGH SECURITY.
7. Keep your tickets out until you are seated – you will need them at the front door and again in order to be seated.


Managing Your Tickets
The Account Manager allows you to quickly view, access and send your tickets.

Send tickets to family and friends via text, email and popular social media options like Facebook messenger or Twitter.

With the Account Manager, you are able to quickly search for upcoming events!


Sending Your Tickets
STEP 1
Select Mange My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap SEND to send your tickets to someone else.
Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.

STEP 2
Type in the First Name, Last Name, Email and an optional note for the person you would like to send the tickets to. Click, SEND.

From there, you are all set! Click, DONE. If you ever need to reclaim the tickets, click RECLAIM to deactivate the offer.

Exchanging Your Tickets (Desktop Only)
At this time, exchanges are only available via desktop or laptop computer.

Visit the Exchange Your Tickets section under the Subscription tab for information on how to exchange tickets.
