Q: Do I get my refund?
A:
1). If it is a cancelled performance and you have purchased through Ticketmaster or Broadway In Chicago, you will receive an email to assure you of your refund or a credit if requested. Please allow up to 45 days to receive your refund as we are is experiencing an unprecedented amount of cancellations.
2). If it is a rescheduled show, your tickets will be automatically changed to the rescheduled dates and you will receive an email with more specific information about your change in date or you can check your Ticketmaster account.

Q: How long do I have to reschedule my tickets?

What if my show was postponed with no confirmed date?
A:Your tickets will be held and you will be notified of your new date once confirmed. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to [email protected].

A:A Ticketmaster Credit is a credit that can be used on any Broadway In Chicago show at the James M. Nederlander Theatre, CIBC Theatre, Cadillac Palace Theatre and Broadway Playhouse, beginning mid-July 2020 through October 2022.

Q: What If I won my tickets through a Broadway In Chicago social media giveaway?
A: If you won tickets through a Broadway In Chicago organized social media campaign, Broadway In Chicago has made best efforts to notify you of a change in date or a show. If you have not been notified, email customer service at [email protected]
